By accessing or using Selftale (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies. They form part of your agreement with us when you use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Selftale. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

AI-generated images

Selftale uses generative AI to create designs. We work to produce unique results, but we cannot guarantee that output will never resemble existing works or third-party intellectual property.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use content created through the Service, including ensuring it does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.

Custom products

You can print AI-generated designs on merchandise (“Products”). Products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party suppliers through a dropshipping model. By purchasing, you understand that:

• Selftale does not hold inventory and does not manufacture Products directly.
• Production quality, shipping, and fulfillment are handled by third-party suppliers.
• Issues with delivery or product quality may involve supplier processes outside our direct control.

Shipping and delivery

• Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by supplier location and destination.
• Delays can occur due to customs, carriers, or other factors beyond our control.
• Selftale is not liable for shipping delays or damage caused in transit once handed to carriers.

Returns, refunds, and replacements

Because Products are custom-made, returns and refunds are limited:

• We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos.
• We may offer a replacement instead of a refund for eligible defective items.
• Refunds or replacements may take additional time because of supplier workflows.
• We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with AI output, change of mind, or user input errors.

Supplier terms

Fulfillment partners may apply their own policies. Selftale is not responsible for differences between supplier policies and your expectations.

You agree not to:

• Create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service or users without our consent.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation in ways that violate these Terms or overload the Service.

Selftale owns the Service itself — including design, branding, software, and non-user content — unless otherwise stated. User-created content remains subject to your responsibilities described above.

You agree to indemnify and hold Selftale harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or intellectual property disputes related to your creations or orders.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Greece, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
